The new open plan kitchen features a casual dining bar. Cove lighting enhances the coffered ceiling. The custom cabinetry is fabricated from a rift cut whitewashed oak. Pendant lighting highlights the bar.
The kitchen features white manmade stone countertops and light gray marble tile backsplash. The oak floors are stained in a darker shade providing contrast with the whitewashed cabinetry.
The first floor features an open floor plan linking kitchen, dining and living spaces. The fireplace surround, mantel and over mantel utilizes the same marble tile and whitewashed oak wood finish.
Tall flipper doors glide into a pocket at each side of the cabinet where they tuck away allowing easy access to the dry bar. A beverage refrigerator is placed below the dry bar.
The custom coffee station can be concealed within the appliance garage.
Custom beverage bar and tall dry bar cabinet were placed between the dining room and the kitchen where access is gained from the dining room.
