Project and client records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years or as required by law, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.

  1. Incident Response

In the event of unauthorized access, data breach, or fraudulent activity, Wentworth will promptly:

  2. Notify affected parties and law enforcement as appropriate, and
  3. Cooperate fully with insurance carriers, regulators, and financial institutions.
