Award-Winning Project Details

Wentworth received this recognition for a great room remodel we completed in the Cleveland Park neighborhood in Washington, DC.

The Wentworth team added French doors and panel molding to the wall of windows, refaced the floor-to-ceiling fireplace with silver travertine, balanced the second floor balcony visible in the great room, and revamped the wet bar alcove for a sophisticated design. A coffered ceiling and a sitting alcove enhance the glamorous hotel feel the homeowner requested.

“ On the construction side I couldn't be more pleased. Wentworth staff on site inspired confidence and no carpentry task seemed too challenging. They took the same care they would take in building their own house, and in addition were always quite professional and considerate. On many construction details I consider myself a perfectionist, and I soon learned that I could sit back and relax as details would be attended to with a very high standard. ”
