Continuing to set new standards of professionalism, 81 remodeling companies from across the United States were named winners at the eighteenth annual Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence. The winning projects were selected from over 400 entries, and entries were judged on overall design, the creative use of space and materials and the degree to which the project enhance the original structure.

The National Winner in the competitive Residential Exterior over $100,000 category went to Wentworth, Inc.’s dramatic transformation of a Silver Spring, Maryland home’s facade. When longtime enthusiasts of residential modern architecture wanted to update their 1960s split-foyer home with the addition of a two-car garage and a distinguished front entry, Wentworth came up with a design that is both functional and like nothing in the surrounding neighborhood.

“To win an award in this highly competitive category is quite an achievement,” says Ken Kanline, Director of the Awards. This Wentworth home remodeling project also took home the Grand Prize in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) CotY Awards.

I hope you don't mind but I'm going to copy your page of styles and distribute it to commission members, along with credit to your website. It's truly exciting to find your website. thank you so much for sharing the information. ”
